This FREE service from the California LTAP Center and the Institute of Transportation Studies Library provides transportation-related reports, journals, manuals, books, CD/DVDs, pamphlets and other materials from government and private sources to California's public sector transportation employees.

Employees of California's public sector transportation agencies and departments at the city, county, state and regional levels, including federal agencies located in-state, are eligible to receive materials from Going...Going...Gone. We encourage eligible employees to take advantage of Going...Going...Gone, as well as the many other specialized services offered FREE by the Transportation Library.

• There is no charge for the materials or shipping, however the mailing address must be to a California-serving public sector transportation agency or department.
• Supplies are limited. Please limit your selections to one copy of each item and no more than 12 items total.
• The items provided through Going...Going...Gone are duplicates from the Library's collection and may not be current.
• Check this site regularly, as new items are added frequently.
