In early 2006, the Caltrans Division of Local Assistance established two listservs: DLPWEB notifies the public of changes to the Local Assistance website and DLAE notifies Caltrans employees of changes to Local Assistance policies and procedures.

The four-hour Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Road Show is coming to a Caltrans District near you! In Spring 2006, Caltrans is sponsoring this training in every District and is making a limited number of seats available to local agencies for free on a first come, first served basis.
