Important Change to Tech Transfer Cancellation Policy

We now require 3 days for cancellations.

If you have registered for a class or conference and need to cancel, we are happy to process a refund, offer credit toward a future class, or allow a substitution. In order to take one of these actions, we now require that you notify the registrar at least three working days prior to the start date of the course in which you are registered.

Tech Transfer Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise noted, cancellations are subject to a $40 processing fee. You must notify the registrar by fax or e-mail at least 3 working days before the class or event is scheduled to begin. If your agency has paid by check, we will need your agency's federal tax ID number to process your refund. We are able to process a credit to your credit card within 60 days of the date of your initial transaction. After 60 days, we may issue a check instead.

In lieu of canceling your registration, you have 3 additional options:

  1. You may transfer your registration fee to another class or event
  2. You may receive a credit for the full amount, useable toward a future class or event
  3. You may send a substitute in your place
To take advantage of any of these options, contact the registrar at 510.665.3466 at least 3 working days before the class is scheduled to begin.
