Picture This: Your Photos in Print

If you are familiar with Tech Transfer's publications, you know that we love to represent transportation in California with beautiful photography. Now we'd like to invite you to get in on the act. We are holding our first-annual Tech Transfer Photography Contest. Winning photograph(s) (along with your photo credit, of course) will be published in an upcoming Tech Transfer publication.

For this inaugural year, we are soliciting photographs on the theme of "Unique Perspectives." Transportation is so ubiquitous in our lives that elements of it make their way into our photos—whether for vacation, art, or documentation—all the time. They may be the background rather than the focal point, or may capture a unique angle on a structure or vehicle. We are looking for photos with some surface transportation element. The rest is up to you.

Photographs will be judged based on relevance to the theme, overall visual appeal, and technical quality (they must be sharp and well composed). Submissions will be reviewed by the Photo Selection Committee at Tech Transfer. If we select one of your photographs for publication, a member of the committee will notify you and provide publication details.

Rules:
