Each year on statewide Worker Memorial Day in April, Caltrans honors employees killed in the line of duty by placing their names on a memorial plaque in the lobby of the Caltrans Headquarters building in Sacramento. This video depicts speeches from the 2006 Caltrans Workers Memorial.
