Pricila Roldan is a Partnership Strategist for the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) where she focuses in developing partnerships with local agencies, private sector firms, academia, and community partners to advance SANDAG’s vision for a fully integrated, world-class transportation system. She leads stakeholder coordination to advance broadband access in the region, efforts related to planning and implementing Advanced Air Mobility services and supports binational planning for the Otay Mesa East Port of Entry II project. Previously, she led planning efforts for the California Air Resources Board Clean Mobility Options Program (CARB CMO) on behalf of the Western Riverside Council of Governments and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University - San Marcos.
