He has over 20 years of experience in transportation technologies, planning, and implementation, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), autonomous vehicles, program development, project management, capital improvements, and sustainability programs. Sam holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed professional engineer in California and Hawaii.
