Toni is a highly recognized leader and 25 year specialist in the private & general aviation industry. She is the Founder & CEO of Global Aerial Management Group, an emerging technologies company & UAS company based in Arizona. In addition, she is a Managing Partner at Prestige Air Group, a private jet charter and management company based in Henderson, NV.
Her roles over the years incorporated new business development, advanced aviation logistics, aircraft management, outside sales, project implementation, client retention and international flight planning for top-tier VIP clientele.
Tonis career became highly specialized in logistics as she zoned in on intricate project management including multiple Olympics, FAA Part 380 shuttle Schedules, FAA Compliance, Technology integration in the flight department, UAM rotorcraft shuttle implementation, mass passenger movements, high level VIP travel and worldwide tours.
While working on a unique medical project in 2020 is when Global Aerial Group came to be. The project involved the transporting of live donor organs and surgical teams around the clock. It was a huge success and inspired endless possibilities and dreams of using Autonomous technologies to change the way we function as a society. This enabled a clear vision of drones for good and how UAM, AAM and AI would be the foundation of future travel.
In addition to aviation, technology, Toni has a passion for working with academia and helping to create a diverse, equitable & socially sustainable workforce. She is a creator, a problem solver, a leader and a forward thinker. She promotes multiple female educational and humanitarian UAS, STEAM and aviation related initiatives. She enjoys public speaking and sharing her passion. Toni is a member of the National Business Aviation Association’s Emerging Technologies Committee and resides in Scottsdale AZ . The all female team at Global Aerial Group was the recipient of the 2021 Women and Drones Volatus Aerospace Team Innovation award at CES 2022. Toni was named as one of the Top 100 Women to Watch in Avaition & Aerospace in 2022.
